Looking for Cart-o-Matic Replacement

For years we have been using a small application called "Cart-o-Matic" that has been provided by Metrosource. I am looking for a viable alternative (That is free or very inexpensive) Cart-o-matic was very nice with the features of drag and drop, linking decks and saving racks (essentially saving a play list) also preferably something simple that doesn't try to be more than a simple player. (Some I have seen want to install a database and software services)

Ideas are greatly appreciated.

Can't meet the free or cheap requirement but Wavecart from BSI is not that expensive. Easy to learn-we use it for live remotes & ball games.

Another vote for Jazzler Show! We use it for our newscasts. It will do what you want it to do .
