Public high school station in central Indiana leans pop-rock-punk and we realize there is quite a bit CCM that would fit. Any ideas on how to connect with some labels, see some song charts, etc. We subscribe to TMJones PrimeCuts which provides some songs. I know it is probably not what most would want in this forum, but we will have to be careful with the god-school convergence...so we are probably looking for more secular sounding possible crossovers like: Mikeschair "Straight To Your Heart"
Just an idea of what we sound like, here is our top 5:
Hey Monday "I Don't Wanna Dance"
Good Charlotte "Like It's Her Birthday"
Plain White T's "Rhythm Of Love"
Anberlin "Impossible"
Sick Puppies "Maybe"
For those labels that are likely to be shy of a public high school non-comm, we rated in Indianapolis Metro arbitron in September at 1,500 cume per hour, 10,700 per week...and we are not even located in a metro county!
Any ideas?
