Attention Fellow Radio Fanatics:
Hello I hope I'm putting this in the right place on the forum. I've been in radio since I was 13 and have collected radio Jingles during that entire time. Last year my house was struck by lightning and burned to the ground. I had a copy of the Drake Great American Country Jingle master's which included all of the beds, as well as some of the actual calls from some stations, including KHAY In Ventura Ca where I worked for 15 years. I've been struggling to get my hands on Radio Jingles just to have them, I've been collecting them since I was a teen, now that I'm knocking on the door to 60, I'd really like to have some back.
If you have some, or know someone I can ask I would be very grateful. After 43 years in the business, I don't mind the loss of the cups, lighters, bumper stickers, but losing the jingles and the music was really heartbreaking. I've recovered my music thanks to the help of Wonderful friends that worked hard to replace my music library, now I"m looking for jingles.
