Hi, I'm new to the board. I'm looking for some answers to some questions I have no idea to ask.
Okay, long story short: I've written a comedy radio show that I've been trying to get some feedback on from the someone in the radio industry. I started out six months ago e-mailing radio personalities with mediocre results... basically, many promises were made, none were kept.
So, I tried to asked advice from the executive branch of the radio industry (Program Managers, Promotional Directors, hell, even a Human Resources lady), but I may as well have e-mailed God.
I realize I'm just some putz like a thousand other putzes, but if I could just get five minutes I know they would be wanting more information. But as of yet, I'm contactless.
So, I was wondering if anyone had any advice as to how one would go about "pitching" an idea? I didn't think it would be easy, but I didn't realize it was nearly impossible.
Any feedback would be GREATLY appreciated.
Peace,
Shannon Russell
