Looking for Info about Victoria, Tx

Looking to by a tv station in the victoria area. What does a tv station in this market go for? Is it a growing market? Yes you may say these are things i should already know about the market but im only part of this deal because im a silent partner and wanted to get some more info.

Full-power or low-power? Right now lptv channel 38 (moving to 18) is for sale; is that a station you've looked into? The station has been for sale for nearly 5 years and the owner currently is asking $200,000. In 2004 he was asking $80,000 as a construction permit.

Victoria is a pretty good market for Spanish language broadcasting. Out of 31,260 households, 10,610 are Hispanic. Also worth noting, over 6,000 converter box coupons have been redeemed in the market.
