Looking for jobs in Chicago?

Hi there. I am thinking about moving to Chicago soon, and wondering if someone can point me to a good resource for employment information and/or sites to get a good feel for the Chicago radio landscape. I have 3 years working as promotions director and sales assistant in a medium-to-small market with an excellent portfolio and references. Any tips that you can give me? I will be in town to visit next week, but I probably won't move to the city until the begining of September. Coming from a smaller market to a big city, I'm guessing that it's going to be very difficult to land any sort of promotions/marketing director gig right off the bat, but I'm hoping to maybe get lucky and end up as a promotions assistant. What are average salries like? I know that the answer is probably "not enough!" or "close to nothing!" but if you can share numbers with me, that would be fantastic. Thanks a lot.
