You might want to check jinglefreaks.com Doug has a bunch of jingles, he may even have some airchecks. Also have you tried to contact Ed Perry at WATD? He may be able to help.
LOL............actually, it's Ed who sheathedj is trying to find the airchecks for............WATD is planning for a 30th anniversary next year.........we've found some great old stuff so far, including the first high school football game WATD ever taped, thanks to our #1 engineer Larry............
(hey, shea, get back to work..........big brother is watching you.....)
I'm looking for stuff that has FM 96 WATD on it, Thats what we were call back in 1977
anything record from those early years. Also looking for a program that was about the 1978 blizzard which I think aired ten years after. Seems the master tape of this was lost some time before could have been record over........
I have already for many of the program and 1980s WATD Jingles which i hope to use at a private party and mix down for promos next year
Next year will be WATDs 30th year
I'm working on getting a listing of all of WATDs staffers past and present
having a open house at the studios
and a train trip called ride back to boston on the greenbush as this train line came back on line around March or April
