Looking for Shawn Stevens or Dave Shannon, WCIT 1971 Important!

I need your help with something very important. I need to locate an individual named Shawn Stevens (my spelling may be wrong). This is possibly an assumed name. There is a possibility his legal name is Michael Fischer. (Not sure of the spelling) He was a radio personality with WCIT in 1971 in Lima, Ohio. He may have been from Wapakoneta, Ohio. He was 19 in 1971, so he would have been born around 1951 or 52, making him about 61 or so today if he is still alive. This is a VERY important matter. It has nothing to do with money and I wish this person no harm or ill will. He had a friend named Dave Shannon, who was also a DJ at WCIT in Lima during the same time. He was in his mid-twenties at the time I believe. I vaguely remember he was from Toledo or had worked in Toledo. If Shawn's name was assumed, Dave may be able to help by knowing his real name.
