looking for video clips of subscription tv sign ons

I've been looking for the sign ons of subscription services like, ON TV, Sprotsvision, select tv etc. What I've been trying to find is the time when the channles that carried these services would make the announcment that they were switching to a scrambled service. I've found some clips of ON TV Chicago on you tube but they are of actuall programming and promos. Can't find any of the sign ons and even the sign offs when the stations would go back to regular programming for a few hours. I used to watch the sign on of sportsvision and ON TV and would watch the screen change to a scramble signal, yes I am a geek, Just was wondering if there is a website whith some of these posted. I've been looking and have not found any.
Tnanks for your help.

I used to work for ONTV in chicago. Home base was MT prospect. I was in sales. I was released when "Cablnet" came to be. it put us right out of biz. I think it was owned by oak communications.thats what my check said anyway. here is a clip http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pJ7dX7n6N_s if people dont know we are talking about. I dont think i have sighn ons... i remember well though.

Thanks. Wow that was some cheezy bumper music during the ON TV Chicago id.

I recorded a bunch of stuff when ON TV was here in Phoenix. They had some great music for promos and pre-film announcements ("The following film is rated...").

I'll have to look to see if I have a sign on and then look to see if I can copy it to disc.

Mike
