Looking for work in Jonesboro

A

Guest
starting school at ASU in the fall. I have 16 years on-air experience including news, prod, and PBP. Looking for work (part or full time). If there are any leads or possibilities, please reply. Thanks

What does PBP mean? You have to apply yourself. I don't think anyone is going to read this thread and automatically hire you or anyone else for that matter.

Icy,
PBP means "play by play" -- sports talk.

Who knows? Someone may see his note and talk to him. If it works for him, I'm looking for a job in the
Texarkana area. Somebody contact me, ok?

Thanks!!!

Excellent point. However, I posted because it never hurts to send a feeler out there. I do not expect a company to just hire me on the spot just because I posted. It takes an interview process, a decent resume and a desire to perform at a high standard to get work; and sometimes that's not even enough. All I'm nsaying is that I'll be at ASU as a student and could use a job.

Please feel free to email me and I'd be glad to speak to any interested parties.

No disrespect intended but, if you're in radio programming and don't know what PBP means, your experience is awfully limited. I realize that not everyone who posts on this site is in radio but the site is called "radio-info".
