I apologize in advance for using this forum for a job seeking ad. However, ever since the GAB quit sending out its Job Bulletin it has been very difficult to reach Georgia radio station GMs en-mass. And I know how you guys hate phone calls.

I am an experienced combo guy, air shift and sports, looking for an opportunity.

1. I have hosted a successfull morning show in both Vidalia and Griffin. In each market I was able to raise the ratings with my audience interaction show. Moby may be the best in the business at making eye contact with his audience, but I have been able to build my shows by making my listeners feel like they are apart of everything I do. I don't just appeal to one particular demographic because in small market you have to bring everybody in, from a little kid to his/her parents and grandparents.

2. I may not quite be a Division 1 college play-by-play guy. However, I will make you high school games sound professional. In Georgia I have been 'The Voice' of the following high schools: Toombs County (98-2004 all sports), Vidalia (98-2004 girls and boys basketball), Griffin (88-1993, 1994 to 1998 all sports), Crisp County (2005 football), Appling County (2005-06 boys basketball) and Newnan (1994 football). In addition, I was the play-by-play announcer for Auburn University at Montgomery Mens Basketball for most of the 1980's.

I have 23 years of experience and have won 11 AP and 6 GAB awards and was named the GAB small market Personality of the Year in 1999.
