Looks like I'll be doing some DXing from California in three weeks

KVNS is occasional here. Haven't heard the Dallas clears since moving to Bellevue (except for the 25910 STL for WBAP) and you can forget OK now as a mess of KKXA/KGDD has taken over 1520, neither listenable.

That video clip I got from 1700 on Sunday night was as strong as I've ever heard that sports station.

I listened to the video again and again and, as someone said, it had to be the Phillies/Cardinals game because after 30 seconds in, it sure sounds like they say "Bottom of the 8th, 5 runs scored" and then "the National League edition of ESPN radio."

For certain, you hear the words 'National League' and in game 2 of the Phillies and Cardinals series, the Cards did have 5 runs at the bottom of the 8th if you look at the game stats.

Since KBGG was broadcasting the American League at the time, I'd say I have a catch of XEPE unless anyone can dispute the game heard in the video was not the National League game.

I listened again last night and not a trace of any station on 1700 that sounded like ESPN broadcasting a game. 1700 had WJCC dominating with KVNS struggling in the background.
