all los angelos needs is a 103.5 wktu not a kdl station because everytime they go on the air they end up going off the air after think about it I think the movin 93.9 could also do a better job too
 
No... LA just needs to get a bit of Dance and Dance mixshows on power 106,, its already heritage and has a good signal... KTU format was tried on 100.3 years ago, and it failed miserably. Movin is Basically like KTU, but much more conservative. I dont think Pure Dance, or Adult Dance will work in LA,, especially on a poor signal,, just get more dance on Power and Kiss and both stations will still do fine.. Maybe even AMP could ad some Dance as well...
 
Power 106 plays a lot of dance mix music in pm drive now and it sounds great. Movin 93.9 was going in a more pop direction the last few months but is now going away in favor of a Spanish Language format. See the LA board for more info on that. I wish Movin had been more like WKTU/NY. I remember it beginning that way a few years ago but then they quickly moved to more of a Rhythmic Oldies direction. I have always thought Rhythmic AC's should programmed more close to Rhythmic CHR's, sort of like a Rhythmic Hot AC.
