Lost Adobe Audition 2.0 Effects Presets

I've lost most of my Adobe Audition 2.0 effects presets, including the factory presets. I have access to two other computers on a network also running AA2.0, which seem to be working fine. Is it possible to restore the factory presets for reverb, limiting, filters, et cetera, without reinstalling the whole program?

Yes, I think you can.. go to one of the other machines that have what you need and do the following

Open Windows Explorer
Highlight any folder and at the top of the explorer go to Tools>Folder Options
In Folder Options click on the tab that says "View"
In View choose Show Hidden Files and folders
under Hidden files and Folders
Audition stores all of the plugins and processor presets in a hidden folder that you can now access. assuming you have admin rights. The file path for the folder is
My Computer> Local Disk C: (assuming this is your OS drive) > Documents and Settings >Administrator>Application Data>Adobe>Audition>2.0

There are files in the 2.0 folder called AUDTION .INI, AudCust.ini, AudMP3.ini etc.. Ctrl + C all the files in this folder ( I just right click the entire folder and copy) then put this folder on your network server somewhere safe and then go to the computer you need to put these into,, open your network drive where you put this folder you just copied and then do the above only paste the entire folder in.. then reboot your computer and you should be all set.
