That's sad news. I used to love listening to Lou Epton when he had a nightly show on the old AM 840 KVEG around 1996. He was talking about Alex Jones type topics long before Jones had a show. The first time I ever heard of the illuminati was on Lou's show. When ARS bought KVEG and turned it into KXNT I was concerned they were going to pull Lou off the air. Not only did they keep him, they put him on the payroll. Prior to that he was buying the time.

I loved Lou Epton. He was always so kind and encouraging when I first started at KXNT in 1999. A HUGE talent, never afraid to tell you what he really thought. RIP, Lou.

RIP Lou I enjoyed our time working together. Lou was always a gentleman to me and one of the few friends I had when I worked in radio. Unfortunately we lost touch the last few years. I will miss u buddy.

I remember the Anthrax "scare" and Lou being a news-maker with that story.

I did not know his TV background. He was an independent voice and a good counter-check to the Vegas "establishment."
