Love FM's Saturday Night Dance Party

Does anyone know if Love FM cancelled its Saturday night Dance Party? I know it was not on last night.

If they did I wonder if this had to do with Brian Middleton moving to afternoons or them tweaking their format in a different direction to gain an older audience with more 80s based golds.

From a Feder column a couple of weeks ago when Brian Middleton got promoted they said he would still host the show which made it sound like it would continue.

The station is very 80s intensive than they ever have been.
 
Yes, the Saturday night dance party on Love FM was cancelled. I got the official word from one of the mixers at the station. From what he told me, he said the station wanted to lean in a different direction.
