105.3 The Buzz has removed all references to "Loveline" from their website today. I was guessing that this would happen as last night, Aaron the night jock said he always hates saying goodbye but he has a feeling we would be spending more time together very soon. He also stopped announcing that "Loveline" is coming up next at the end of his show over the last week or so.
Not too surprising of a move. The show has not been too great since Adam Carolla left back in November and it is said that Danny Bonaduce is about to join as co-host, so this is a good time for The Buzz to remove it. Additionally, it really didn't fit too well with the rest of their "more music, less commercials" programming. I'm glad that the rock will continue till midnight starting next week.
Loveline came to Atlanta in March 1999 on 96rock and remained there until August 2004 when it was moved to 96.7 The Buzz. The showed moved with the station to 105.3 last May.
