Low mix shows.

I notice Hot 106 Providence R.I. Only does 3 hour mix show ( friday night 9pm-midnight ), are there more Chr-R station with 3 hours or less weekend mix shows ??

CC Rhythmic Wild 105.7/96.7 here in ATL only does 9pm-12am on Saturdays. They do a weeknight mixshow from 8:30pm-9:30pm, but its a recorded mix sometimes played 3 times in one week.

Hot 97.5 just started a 2 hour mixshow last Saturday here in Phoenix. So far, that's all they're doing in the form of mixes, but I know with the new person and people in charge there, things will improve. The music is beginning to lean very dance, too, but the mix is pretty much rhythmic.

ClearChannel's 104.7 KissFM also added a Friday Night mix recently, so they no longer just mix on Saturday Nights anymore. Friday's are now 10p-3a, and Saturdays are now 9p-3a (With Ghetto House Radio being from 1-3am). They moved Baka Boyz Allstar Hit Mix from 6-9p on Sat's to 12-3am late Fri nights following a 2hr "specialty" mix Friday's from 10p-12a They also do the one hour mixtape weekdays from 7:30 - 8:30pm.

Power 98.3 Phoenix mixes 7-9am, 12-1pm, 3-7pm, and 9-10pm weekdays and mixes all weekend long (or from 10am to 1 or 3am) every weekend.

101.5 JamZ mixes from 9:30-10am every Wildout Wednesday and Feel Good Friday, 12-12:30 Eat to the beat mix weekdays, and CLUB 10 15 from 10:15 -11pm mon through thur. The 5pm feel good friday mix every Friday from 5-6pm and Friday Night Jamsession from 9p-4am (with a new @ 2 drive thru mix show in there featuring new music from 2-3am). Saturday nights it's 9p-4am (with a live club broadcast in there from 10p-12p) then back to the studio until The House Party featuring 2 hours of house and edm hits at 2a-4a.

We've got it made, mixshow-wise, here in Phoenix.

92.7 / 90.7 The Goldmine only mixes from 5-5:30pm Fridays, then 8p-12a dance intensive mix on Fridays. Not sure what happened to the house show (1st hour house, 2nd hour drum & bass, and 3rd hour dubstep) that aired Friday late nights from 12a-3a :( and also don't understand why they don't have a Saturday night mixshow until 12am when the underground dance mix kicks in. Their main playlist consists of "selected" top 40, dance remixed top 40, and hip hop.

Not sure what Club 95 Latino Vibe has been up to lately, but... they're pretty mixshow intensive, too (or at the least cover all the typical mix times). They've gone more spanish and don't seem to be as bilingual as they used to be when they were labeled as "Latin Rhythmic".

Yep. So that's just how we roll out here. Wondering when KNRJ The Beat will actually start doing things again. Too bad they didn't stick with the dance format because going all hip hop in late 2007 early 2008 was kind of silly now that you look back at which direction mainstream music has gone in (most of) the U.S.

Never mind - it's own now. I guess the freak boutique electronic show was pushed back one hour so there's a gap between it and the previous mix show.

101.5 Jamz is mixing all weekend every weekend this summer.

BTW, Hot 97.5 has leaned more dance by adding artists/songs like Spencer & Hill/Nadia Ali, Tiesto/Wolfgang Gartner/Luciana, Swedish House Mafia (Greyhound), Martin Solveig (The Night Out), Example, Skrillex...

Not sure about KZON mixing all weekend every weekend. They just mixed for about two hours (at least what I've heard so far) then stopped. I believe they start back around 12 or 2pm on Saturdays after stopping at 4am early Saturday morning. Not sure what time they start back mixing on Sunday, but last time it was later in the evening Sunday - and that was actually ON Memorial Day Weekend.

Correction on KMVA Hot 97.5: The Saturday night mix is 8p-12a, not 10p-12a, so 4 hours instead of 2. The 7a-10a Remix Top 30 mix in the morning is a lot more electronic than the Saturday night mix.

I also forgot about the Friday 5 O'Clock Whistle Mix on KZZP KissFM on Fridays.

HOT 107.9 here in ATL just brought back a midday mix, "12 O c'clock High Noon Mix." Years ago they got rid of the midday "20 Minute Workout" and V-103 jumped on with the "12 O'clock Old School Lunch Mix." Now, both HOT and V mixes at 12pm, 5pm and 9pm weekdays.

Thats Cheap Channel for you..they dont think people listen.

KZZP (CLearChannel Phoenix) has added more mixshows.

I'm wondering how KZON is picking their mix weekends. I guess it's random because last weekend was a "Summer Of Live Mix Weekend," yet this weekend, once again, is not.

Hot 97.5 KMVA repeats the Saturday Morning Dance Remix Top 30 show on Sundays from 3-6pm.

Kind of wondering if Dj Class will still be part of KKFR after this weekend. If not, will they keep his promo drop intros and stuff?
