Low Power AM/FM : Part15 Legal

Hello, Everyone..

I'm a newbee here and didn't know where to chime in. I figured this would be as good as place as any..

Do we discuss low power "Legal" stations here? I've seen some mention in a couple areas but nothing in depth.

I'm interested in building an A.M. 100mw station in my area and wanted to pick some brains. Am I in the right place?<P ID="signature">______________
