WLPA needs to pick up Jed Donahue show....on weekdays 5 to 7 that show is heard on stations in Harrisburg, State College, Lewistown, Bellefonte, Altoona, Bedford, Milton, Sunbury, Selinsgrove, Troy, Canton, Huntingdon, Williamsport, Philipsburg, Clearfield & Johnstown....on Saturdays 8 to noon all of the above plus Bloomsburg, Wilkes-Barre, Pittsburgh....this is a great fit for Lancaster sports fans...

> Hey Gordon, I agree with you....I hope that happens soon

Haha, Terp, I had the same reaction when I read the handle.

Gordon's right, though. That show would fit in well and would get WLPA a few local listeners -- even if they can pick it up on 1460 and 1240.

Only problem is it airs just a couple days a week in State College.

Oh, yeah, where in Pittsburgh do they air on the weekends? Didn't recall they had W-B or Pittsburgh affiliates. And you ought to post an entire affiliate list so we can all listen to it state-wide.

WLPA/Jed

Jed did cut back to just Mondays, Fridays, and Saturdays not too long ago. He definitely knows his stuff... always fun to work with him at state championships.

I respect your opinion, but I disagree. This show doesn't work.

Scott Pharell? That show went away years ago..... '97 or '98
If you want a Scott Pharell type sports show listen to the internet stream
of the Mark Madden show on 1250 WEAE Pittsburgh. Mark also has a toned-down national Sunday morning show on ESPN Radio (Out of Bounds).

He's back to five days a week, at least in Harrisburg and Phillipsburg and Lewistown.
