LPB Signature III Console Mix-Minus Card

I'm looking for a spare LPB Mix Minus Module #1150 RVE.A. if anyone can help out? I have a near-mint S-13 that I just finished restoring at no spared cost. Console was outfit with all new Caps, Op-Amps, conversion to dual-voltage (110-220VAC) for use here in Europe, and 8 brand new (MFG Jan 2011) original specification Shallco 12115 attenuators. The Mix-Minus will make this board complete.

I guess I didn't know there was one. If anyone has two of them, put my name on the second one.
 
Sold one to an LPFM in Nashville a year ago...not sure if he used it or not. His Radio-Info ID was mattthepm if you want to track it down.
