LPFM along the spine of FL

Noticed the following while dinking with FCC LPFM return data for Central Florida, possibly all now active?

WAPQ-LP 95.9 Avon Park (Walker Memorial Academy - Adventist)

WVDV-LP 104.9 Sebring (apparently Spanish Christian)

WWMA-LP 107.9 Avon Park (Adventist)

WKOF-LP 93.7 Kissimmee (City of Kissimmee)

Questions, besides the obvious first one:

1. Any of you out there able to confirm active status, and the formats I pulled from web searches?

2. What format would the City of Kissimmee air?

3. Two LPFM's licensed to Avon Park, both Adventist? Is there any actual corporate affiliation (WWMA as in "Memorial Academy" by chance)? If so that sure is a waste of channel granting for one community, not that the FCC bases format as a factor, but certainly ownership should.

I would think tourist info. Maybe emergency info, but tourist info seems more likely
