I knew a "church"(on paper) that ran an lpfm in florida that did oldies
He is/was a broker According to the FCC filing he is mentioned in, assuming it is the same Guy.All I've found is WARN was incorporated in Florida Aug 3 2023 by Robert J Connelly. Maybe someone here knows him, or is he new to Radio?
And another one (somewhere in the Pacific Ocean)To @Michi you might want to check into this one. I believe some big time rules are being broken.

Actually, Boise, that's the Atlantic...and really, there's no need to fret over this particular one. It's apparently going to be built in the Bermuda Triangle, so things will likely just work themselves out naturally (or supernaturally, perhaps). And another one (somewhere in the Pacific Ocean)
Someone wanna tell me who WARN is.. where its based, who its principals are? i dont see them when searching LMS and @Michi 's site, fccdata.org is inaccessible to any customer using Viasat as an ISP due to some DNS routing issue..... been going on like 2 years now but getting teeth pulled is more fun than dealing with Viasat's tech support
Geez, their audio is worse than most TIS stations. I didn't think that was possible.General 2 — AUDIO VENTURES

Dan, the FCC will let one correct technical errors. But, I think he will be thrown out because of legal problems with the application. He has 100% of the assets and votes. That's the problem.Me thinks it will be dismissed because of various issues within the app. This one will be among them. Not going to lose any sleep over it anyway. Too busy getting ready to celebrate my 8th year, as a LPFM provider, starting in February and purchase new gear for the office and station itself.

P.S. Thanks to @fybush for your response. I appreciate it.

Most people under 50 just look at their phone for the forecast. What's the possible endgame with WARN?Geez, their audio is worse than most TIS stations. I didn't think that was possible.
