Looked at the applications list for LPFM stations in New Mexico. I would estimate the majority of the list is from the religious broadcasters. But 'Music New Mexico Style' (?) has a number of applications in all over New Mexico. Link to the list is:

http://transition.fcc.gov/fcc-bin/fmq?state=NM&serv=FL&vac=5&list=2

Personal note. The FCC should grant the application in Madrid. Having been there several times, the programming ought to be interesting if they can really get the station on the air.

And it would appear that the Music New Mexico Style applications have been dismissed by the FCC. Each applicant was only entitled to one LPFM application.

The FCC was very clear that there is to be only one LPFM per applicant. They are already beginning to dismiss some applications that are apparent multiple filers. Cesar Guel is another multiple filer whose apps will be flagged.

For those of us who filed one app, fair is fair. Multiple filers should be dismissed for failing to follow instructions.

Their application was missing information and no tech study. It would have been bounced sooner or later anyway.
