LPTV Deadline to Digital

We know that 6/12/2009 was the transition date for Fullpower TV from analog to digital. Does anybody know if FCC is going to rule LPTV analog to digital date?
 
They keep saying they are going to issue a date, but have yet to actually do so. There's some date coming in the near future after which they will not accept modifications to analog facilities anymore, but I cannot remember which date that is.
