LPTV in Paso Robles

Is the LPTV on channel 44 (relay of KCOY-12 Santa Maria)
actually on the air? I have non-cable family there, and they
report the only off-air signal available is KSBY-6 in SLO.
They reportedly tried channel 44 and got nothing. I dunno.
FYI...the are located on Vine Street in Paso...so signal strength
should not be an issue. I just wanna double their off-air choice!<P ID="signature">______________
but wait...there's more!</P>
