LR radio changes in the near future?

Which LR stations do you think will change formats, call letters, etc. in the near future? Will we see an additional CHR/top 40 station soon? Will there be an FM station that goes all Spanish? What changes do ya'll foresee in the near future?
 
Habala espanola? Sorry, I couldn't help it and by the way, I was one of the idiots that took three years of French in high school. Lot of good that's done me. LOL!
