Lubbock 91.9 format question

I've been here for a few months now and have been flipping the station to 91.9 from time to time. The station obviously broadcasts at a very low power because the signal becomes very weak when I head out towards the reese center...but right off of 4th and University at TTU, the signal is pretty strong. I know this broadcasts off of 98.5 located south between here in Midland. But what is the exact format of this station? Sometimes i'll tune into it and they'll be playing spanish music. And other times I'll tune into it and they will be preaching the Bible in English? So what is the exact format of this station?

It is a pirate. There is no 91.9 listed for Lubbock. There is a 91.5 that is a translator of Pensacola Christian college.

It is a Spanish Religious type. More Spanish, but some english. They have a pretty good signal though, because you can still hear it at 82nd and Slide.

Alert the authorities! There's a Spanish pirate in Lubbock near 4th & University.
