LUFS Streaming Monitor Software

I'm looking for software that will measure real-time LUFS from my broadcast audio stream. So far, packages I've seen only allow individual file analysis. Nice, but I need the ability to point to my stream and measure LUFS going out onto the internet. I also don't want to record the stream as a file, then analyze. Thanks in advance.
