Luis Jimenez show coming soon to Mega 910 WLAT

The Luis Jimenez show is currently on Power 1270/990. Well at least until the last time I checked!! In my personal opinion, that show should be on the Bomba network!! But that is just me.

Maybe it's time for Gois to cut their losses and sell the station and flip to English talk (Hint, NOT conservative, or sports). That idea could also be applied to a certain AM station located in Bloomfield located between 1350 and 1370 on the AM dial and its sister stations.

Yep, that's worked so well all over the country, it should be tried here!

Really, reely. Progressive talk has never been tried here, so you can say with 100% certainty that it would never work in the Hartford market??

If it hasn't worked in Boston, trust me, it's not going to work in Hartford.

I lean liberal politically, too, and frankly, I don't need to hear my opinions reinforced on the radio every day the way some of my conservative friends need to say "ditto" to Rush. I listen to radio for music and sports and get my news and opinion from the Internet, newspapers and magazines. I have a feeling liberals who want opinion and analysis on radio are listening to various public radio shows; it's going to be hard for a prog-talk commercial station, especially on AM, to pry them away from the low end of the FM band.

It started on Mega 910 WLAT presumably on Monday.

I believe up in Springfield Power 1270 is still airing the show as there was something different on AM 990. I wonder now if whatever is airing on 990 in the morning is originating out of Old Turnpike Road in the Plantsville section of Southington or if they have another studio in West Springfield and are feed that to Plantsville as well.

DMG really dropped the ball. When they began simulcasting 1270 Springfield on 990 last year they should've went to Luis Jimenez's syndicator and told them the show was airing on 990 in the Hartford Market then 910 would not have been allowed to pick up the show and 990 would continue to simulcast 1270.

From what I heard Wlat had the rights since the show started in Mega boston but the programing director had his own show in the morning that didnt want to let go.
