Retails new for about what a used TLM-103 is going for...anyone use/heard one???

M Audio claims it's comparable to the U47 and the AKG C12...

Just curious :0)
 
yes I demo'd this mic. The low end was a little too much for me...a little boomy, but some EQ would alleviate that. Not a mic for voices with some natural bottom, more for medium to light timbre voices.
 
Yeah...I kinda figured the whole, "too good to be true" thing was gonna apply :)

I gotta try a 416 shotgun...wonder how it would sound through a tube pre like the voxbox?
