Any Boston area radio station going to due a Michael Jackson tribute ?

I did 5 hours on Sunday night...now on my web site all week. Response was overwhelmingly positive. So much music to play from the Jackson 5 to Michael solo and Jacksons stuff...It's easy to forget how much material there is from Michael. Easily could have done more than 5 hours...but added cool rarities and demos, just to keep it different. Hard to believe it has been a year.

I even put a little something together - but concentrated mostly on the rarities... Even threw in the old Rebbie Jackson relic "Centipede," which Michael produced and sang background vocals on... when was the last time Kiss 108 - or any station, mind you - played that?

Link to my thing is in the signature below...

Tom Joyner ( WILD-1090 ) Hot 87.7, and Big City 101 is doing a Michael Jackson tribute right now as I type this .

Heard MJ tribute music this afternoon on 93-7 Mike-FM from 2:50 to 3:10. Don't know what time it started and don't kmow what time it ended. During that brief time, I heard We Are The World, Man in the Mirror and something else.

Also heard JJ Wright this afternoon on WODS and Mighty Mike tonight while driving home.

WODS was (and still is) playing non-stop Michael Jackson, counting down listeners' favorite songs. It's a cool listen for a few songs, but any office tuned to 103.3 had to have flipped to 105.7 or 106.7 for the day to retain sanity.
