After we receive your registration, a moderator will review it. After your registration is approved, you will be permitted to post. If you use a disposable or false email address, your registration will be rejected.
So... why are ALL of the stations appearing up in the ratings again (i.e. the NYC stations and the shore stations)? Did they suddenly subscribe to the M/S/U book? Or did someone reach an agreement to end that "subscriber only" practice?
It would appear that it is still subscriber only....but they are allowing out-of-market Arbitron subscribers to be included, which they weren't before.
