MacFarlane's "Flintstones" Remake All But Extinct

Maybe Seth MacFarlane could "syndicate" 'The Flintstones' to My Network TV and help bring back the lost art of first-run weekend shows in the process...

Or maybe we could let the course run out from someone that has tapped the well bone dry.
Imagine it done in a random cutaway if that'll get you laughs.

Did this even need a remake?

Yes. To reflect today's times.

And times between 1966 and today. Remember the teenage Pebbles swooning over rock star Mick Jadestone on The Pebbles and Bamm Bamm Show? Or when, on The New Fred and Barney Show, Fred and Barney dressed as half of a modern stone age version of KISS?

Good. Let someone else who doesn't have currently three shows on the air take control of the remake. At least that person can focus his or her attention and energy on the remake more.

Then again, it's probably for the best to leave Flintstones as it is. There's already too many remakes of previous shows or rather movies in today's climate.
