The FCC Silent list shows its off the air, but the station blog does not mention it. Has this station gone silent?

WTND-LP has been off the air since late April due to financial distress. It is questionable if the owners (who are having health and quality of life problems) will be able or willing to place it back on the air. I hope they do return to the air as it was very interesting to listen to both in music and in some programs.
