Does anybody know if Maestro is capable spitting out OUT logs for auto-reconciling purposes on Selector?

I don't know about interfacing with Selector for that purpose, but Maestro generates an "audit report" of any parameter you want. That is used by traffic programs such as CBSI or Marketron to verify that spots played as scheduled.

I'm sure that's what you are looking for.
