Magic Broadcasting Fines

Looks like 2020 will be a rough year for Don McCoy. FCC fine of $125k (nicely at $6200ish
a month in payments) for tower lightless issues
in Tallahassee and fake contestants in Panama City at Island. Strobies are one thing, friends winning contests. That’s not magic. CCENG what is the deal on them not disclosing ownership changes?

Tower ownership must be registered with the FAA.....I think they overlooked it.....but not having tower lights for 453 days is another thing....FCC and FAA require daily observation (visual or electrical) which must be logged....outages must be reported immediately to the FAA so that pilots can be notified for safety reasons (it's called a NOTAM).
