Looks like James Morris will no longer be sending his Saturday Car Show/morning paid program dollars at the "magical" folks of WYOO-101 for 2008. He has apparently moved to the new talker in town, 94.5. No big audience loss for 101 and no fanfare at 94.5 (they don't even promote weekend programming).

Mike Andrews, billed as the producer of the Burnie Thompson Show on WYOO and heard doing afternoon tracks on WAVE 100 has apparently left the building. Question is did he quit or was he a victim of Magic's gift of coal?
 
From what I hear they can't keep anyone who know's anthing about radio. How many has left Magic in the last 6 month's??? Have you heard The Island morning show?? All i have to say is pull the plug.
 
Until Jeff Storey is gone, magic will always be tragic, check out Alabama board.

Do you guys have no sentimental value for the handful of previous Tragic employees that briefly posted
how great their radio life was and that we were clowns, etc. Funny how short their bright light shined...
and still people think they can defy Tragic and somehow outwit the impending doom . Tell McCoy I will put in an
offer to buy everything and bail him out before it's to late. Wait, I need to check with the real expert

I think he was let go. I went to high school with him and he lived for that job. I am going to call him. Maybe he is better off. All they did was use him and make fun of him. Maybe if he was in the big LaVela let's get drunk club with the guys and gals from the station, he would have a job.

Look's like it will soon be all the kid's they party with working for them.What a shame. I have taken them off my car radio. If I want to hear kid's, I will go to a pre-school.
 
Oh...Mike, I thought you were talking about the story teller.....my bad.
 
Maybe someday they will be able to keep D.J.'s other than kid's.
