Why would we want to apply for a Job that you are "here today gone tommorrow" with little pay etc.etc..... Look at how many people have quit or have either been fired in just one year with Majic that has to say something and it's not good.

Most of us have put our "Money where our Mouth is" and have done it better. That's why we still have job's at our Employers because they care.
