Why do you aske "when... was it on"?

There is nothing in the data that indicates that it is not on the air or has been recently off the air. Do you believe it is not actually broadcasting?
 
Yeah I don't think it's on, or if it is it must be low power. I've never heard it however I've picked up lots of Victoria stations with less power than 25 KW.
 
I Have Heard 95.9 In Austin A Few Times In My Life There A Very Interesting Station
