MAJIC MorningShow on YouTube

Lincoln Financial Media's MAJIC 102.7 (WMXJ) Miami / Ft. Lauderdale Morning Man Bruce Kelly and PD Bob Hamilton debut the MAJIC Morning Daily Download available via YouTube. " It's a first for radio - a daily video version of our popular morning show - featuring celeb guests, remotes, exclusive behind the scenes, contests and much more. And of course, a wide - WIDE screen version of Bruce." Kelly adds, " Bob gave me a discount coupon for Casual Male Big and Tall for my new wardrobe - what a guy ! The MMDD is a great way for our fans to catch up on missed shows and participate on a level never before available. I recommend everyone stealing this idea." I've been listening to Majic's morning show via the Internet over the past few weeks. At least to me, it has become addictive. From a listener perspective, Bruce Kelly has and will continue to make positive impressions. That McDonalds remote he did when he was broadcasting live from the men's room singing and even getting a dig into the US Senator scandal was a classic.

Majic is not only positioned well with Bruce on duty in the morning but the music playlist updates are where they need to be. How awesome it is that they are playing nothing but 70s this weekend. Certainly, the time is right for that.

I often think if Majic's ownership would have been Clear Channel or Cox Radio, this station as we know it would have bit the dust years ago. And now today's version of the oldies format is making a comeback in some markets across the country. And I feel that will grow. Where I live in Jacksonville Fla, so much of radio is owned by the big guns. I still remain hopeful that the format will catch on even more and that we can have a station like Majic where I live too.

I'm really happy for Majic 102.7. They survived a lot of rough moments but a lot of their moves have been the right ones. Hiring Bruce Kelly was certainly a major correct one. Updating the playlist is right up there too. Awesome radio station.

I love the fact that a so-called "oldies" format is taking risks with new technology! Bruce is no Rick Shaw, but then he wasn't brought in to be. It's tough putting out an entertaining morning show each and every morning. Taking it to YouTube tells me this guy has a real passion for what he's doing. I would love to see other radio shows take their game to a new level as Majic obviously has.

Beyond that the music Majic is playing now is AWESOME! The station has never sounded better IMHO.
