Major Announcement on Feb 28 for 967party.com

As you may know, this stream was started to fill a format hole for my region in the Jersey Shore, and what a response it received. So, I will make a major announcement regarding the state of my internet station www.967party.com on February 28th at 6PM EST.

I am confused as to what the major announcement was? The fact that you are changing names? Or is there some kind of format difference between 967Party and Party732???

Not trying to steal your thunder but it is a bit confusing or has Party732 taken over 967Party??? Help me out here we need more information....
 
Party 732 is the new name of the station. The music style and the VO will be carried over (remain the same format), and I am working on doing "live broadcasts" in the nightclubs in our region. The main reason of the name change was our "96.7 Party" name was interfering with 96.7FM W244AS. Other reasons behind it was 1) originally we started out on Live365 and remained on there for over 4 years until we switched to Shoutcast, and some people still thought we were on live and 2) we relocated out of the Southeastern Monmouth County area to north of the county (cheaper place). With a new place and with our recent upgrade, and to avoid further conflict with W244AS, the best decision was to "start fresh" and lean away from a "frequency branding."

Well that's why I don't use the frequency branding (At least IIRC anyways).

Granted MusicRadio 102X which was recently relaunched as an All-Indie Artist Hot AC style station has what could be construed as being somewhere between 102.1 & 102.9 FM, but I chose not to go that far when I first started the station in its original incarnation many moons ago. This turned out to be the best move I could've possibly made as it left room for a station here in Denver to take up residence in the above area of the FM band.

Of course as we all know by now, there's now the Godcaster at 101.9, ESPN Desportes Radio (Soon to be the new home of ESPN Radio?) at 102.3 & a translator station for Crusin' 950 at 103.1

Not a bad move on my part all those moons ago (Which was back in the 1990s), eh? ;D

Thats why my station is just Pulse 107, with no exact frequency used.

LOL, I remember you had Energy 106.5 before, turns out there was another Energy 106.5 in another country. Well, now that the 96.7 Party branding is put to rest, Party 732 is officially on the air. Still working on future upgrades as well as keeping up with all previous directory listings. New website is up http://www.party732.com.
