Sure, they get to brand as "106 The Breeze" at 106.3 and 106.5, and, assuming they're synchronized, they don't have to worry about adjacent channel interference as much.
What happens to 99.7 in all of this is a bit of a mystery though. That station seems pretty useless as far as Press is concerned, unless Ocean County's G-Rock simulcast moves there. Then 98.5, with a better signal than 99.7, would be freed for something else.
