making an aircheck?

I have a question. when you send an air check to a future employer, you send your aicheck from you last stations. but what if you are applying for an english station and your last air check was in a different language. Would it be ok to make a fake aircheck using the stations ID that you are appying to or would you think that PD be turned off by that.

I think what most Programmers are looking for is a demonstration of your talents.
Obviously if they don't understand the language, that would limit your chances!
If you can "recreate" an aircheck as a demonstration which shows what you can actually do on the air, I would think a programmer wouldn't have an issue with it.
If they truly had a question about your talent, perhaps you could suggest they let you do a couple of hours for free in the wee hours of the night to demonstrate your talent.
