Making way for 103.7 Chattanooga

The Birmingham area 103.7 has moved to a stick in town which would mean that 103.9 WTRZ McMinnville could make their planned move south into Chattanooga(Walden)@ 103.7. For some reason that move that construction permit has yet to be issued so it is stuck in Mcminnville for the forseable future.
Does anyone know the hold up or this the WTRZ move actually not going to happen?

So it looks like C.C. (stands for whatever you want).. is bailing out on a small town to move another stick into Chattanooga..WTRZ has a country format and C.C. already has the Country station in that market, WUSY...Hopefully the FCC will wake up in time to turn this move down. If they can't make a go of it in Mcminnville they need to get rid of it...wait a minute they own all the stations in Mcminnville and the one in the county next to it.

I have a feeling that if they move the signal into the Chattanooga market chances are that it won't be Country because of WUSY. Could WJTT be vurnable?
