If I had know it was going for only $500,000, I might have put in a bid.

Yeah, if you could put a stick on Cedar Hill or get
a free standing one that would blast a city grade sig
into both Dallas and Fort Worth. Otherwise, you're
broadcasting to cows. Sorta' like the Ranch.

I was just being silly ...
It ain't a bowl of cherries being The Batman and fighting crime all day as you may well know.
Actually the Ranch does well in Fort Worth. Of course, in Dallas, it is a non factor.
