"Man Talk" being sued

Not sure how old this story is. No date on the Radio Ink web page. Anybody have anymore info on this?

James Crystal Broadcasting Sued For Infringement Of “Man Talk” Brand
Broadcaster William Bege has filed a lawsuit against James Crystal Broadcasting, owned by Jim Hilliard, claiming trademark infringement over use of the name “Man Talk.” [EDIT]

Who proudly claims ownership of a name like Mantalk?

That would be, according to him anyway, the aforementioned Bill Bege, who co-hosted the "Mantalk" show in the 90's on WMBM, WFTL and I think even on Supertalk. I remember tiny ads running in the Miami Herald promoting the "Mantalk" program, claiming the show was better than Neil's. He may have a case. Good luck to him. Hope he wins some cash-ola. Not that James-Crystal would have any to give. Don't they have a multi-million dollar judgement against them from their (mis)handling of the the Jennifer Ross deal? Anyone know if they ever paid up?

Yes I do believe I read that was overturned on appeal. Wonder if that pertained to Jennifer too?
