Now that Depetro has been hired, they have 2 HUGE egos over at PRO. Will management curb the verbal abuse that will most likely be handed out towards the producers? Stories of Depetro abusing his producers was not a just rumor and Yorke screaming like a maniac at producers is not so rare either. Will Giammarco step in or will the abuse continue and maybe just maybe one of the producers will just lose it one day? Hey, they could claim it on past abiuse, It works for people all the time.
 
It will get violent with these two in the same building. It will not be safe for co-workers. Why was gasoline poured on a fire?
 
Yeah it sounds like it's going to make for some explosive behind the scenes action.

No, not really. There's entertaining radio and there's a hostile workplace environment. This'll be 100% hostile.
 
Well hopefully they can be adults and learn to get along. If all they do is fight than it could actually end up with both of them being terminated.
 
Half of the people in show business are mentally ill. Howard Stern goes to a Psychiatrist 4 days a week. It doesn't mean that they can't be civil.
 
Nope, DePetro is prone to sudden rages. It takes nothing to trigger one.
 
AvenueA... you obviously have some sort of agenda that you're pushing here regarding Depetro. You seem to have taken the last two days off from work so you could post every hour about how mentally ill you think Depetro is and how he's dangerous etc.

I'm not saying I disagree... but give it a rest.

WPRO talk-show host Dan Yorke and John DePetro, a former Rhode Island talk-radio host, got into an on-air spat yesterday after DePetro showed up uninvited at a show Yorke was hosting in West Warwick, wrested a live microphone from Yorke and made derogatory comments that were broadcast on air.

The tussle started after Yorke made comments criticizing Cranston Mayor Stephen P. Laffey for having DePetro as master of ceremonies for Laffey's Thursday announcement that he will challenge U.S. Sen. Lincoln D. Chafee in the Republican primary next year.

Two years ago Depetro had an off day. Big freaking deal. Like you've never wrestled the microphone away from a talk show host before. ;-)
