I heard he was getting around 80k then got another 5 when he had to start doing afternoons. That was before the famous Saga 5 percent pay cut. Now where is he going?.......one of the ZID salespeople put on his Facebook page that Bronson was going to do mornings at Lite 106.7 in New York! I'm not on his friend list, I heard this third hand...but I thought it was a joke. If true....are Karen and Christine who do mornings at Lite now about to leave or will Bob be a third voice to give a "male" point of view? Nothing in the trades yet.

The gig will be in the 70-80 range is my guess, don't know Bronson but do know that Madyawn is probably a very good friend of Nancy Robbins, if you know what I mean.
I would say Manch radio got better just about the time Tracy Caruso took over for her last Fall.

This thread prompted me to join the website today - not even the thread about me when I was let go did that! I think its a natural progession for Bronson to leave and move up - he belongs in a larger market, and it's good that he took the opportunity. I am sure the ...what did someone call it..the "famous" 5% Saga pay cuts??..might have had something to do with it, but we only go around this way once. And I think Tracy does a fine job in the mornings - not an easy feat considering the consistantly high ratings that were maintained over the years.

I find it very hard to believe that any radio gig in Manchester is paying $70-80k.
