Anyone see Mancow on his new TV slot on FOX news this past Saturday night? It was on at 10pm where "Stossel" normally airs. Not sure if they were just testing the show out or not. Does anyone know if he'll be on again. It actually wasn't bad. Just debating politics.

I liked Mancow's Morning Madhouse when on Q101 but that FOX show put me to sleep. It was FAR too tame and packaged.

I live in the San Francisco Bay Area, where Mancow did his "Morning Madhouse" in the early 90s on Wild 107 (KYLD - 107.7) , before he returned to Chicago. I enjoyed his show, but was surprised to see him some years later (mid 90s, probably)) as a pundit on Fox News or CNN - can't remember which. I was surprised - because he had never impressed me as a guy who had the political background or gravitas to be a pundit.

Mancow famously pulled some lame stunt that resulted in the Bay Bridge (from San Francisco to Oakland) being gridlocked and shut down for a couple of hours. Some years after he left the Bay Area, a half-million dollar fine from the State of California was levied against the radio station - by then owned by Clear Channel, who had to pay up. I found that amusing.

for me, mancow is annoying. i've never understood the appeal of this guy or why he would have a syndicated radio show(if he still has one). first he was a shock jock, guess he couldn't shock anyone anymore, then he saw how much money guys like rush, hannity and others were making so he "Re-invented" himself for political talk, now he wants to be the next Morton Downey Jr. or Savage. he doesn't make it for me.
